Tennis

Tennis (Level 1)

This course is designed for complete beginners or those returning to tennis after a long break. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game, including basic rules, forehand, backhand, serve, volley, and footwork. The course provides a fun and supportive environment to build confidence and foundational skills.

Participants can bring their own if they wish, or else, the equipment will be provided.

Tennis (Level 2)

This course is suitable for players who are still new to tennis but have some basic experience. Participants should be familiar with basic footwork and stroke techniques. The course focuses on reinforcing fundamentals and preparing players for more structured rallies and gameplay, setting the stage for progression to Level 3.

Participants can bring their own if they wish, or else, the equipment will be provided.

Tennis (Level 3)

Ideal for “rusty rackets” and advanced beginners, this course is for players who have a basic understanding of proper technique and can execute forehand, backhand, serve, and volley with moderate consistency (around 50% of the time). The focus is on improving consistency, control, and confidence in match-like scenarios.

Participants can bring their own if they wish, or else, the equipment will be provided.

This course is designed for players preparing to advance to a more competitive level. Participants should be able to rally confidently from the baseline and demonstrate ball placement skills. Emphasis will be placed on shot selection, positioning, and tactical awareness.
