This course covers basic knowledge of rock climbing including the use of equipment, knot, and belaying technique. Participants will learn basic techniques of climbing outdoors.
Point to note: The course will take place in the countryside of Hong Kong and participants should wear sportswear and sports shoes (with thin sole).
