Kayaking (Level 1)
This course is tailored for beginners who are eager to learn the fundamental kayaking strokes and techniques. Throughout the sessions, participants will master essential skills including forward, backward, abeam, and spins under expert guidance at the Henry Fok Swimming Pool. In the final session, participants will be putting their skills to the test in their venture out at Sandy Bay.
This course is specifically designed to teach beginners how to paddle a kayak safely and enjoyably in calm and protected ocean environments, as well as other flat-water settings. Join us for an exciting journey into the world of kayaking!

Prerequisites:
- Capable of swimming a distance of 50 meters and stay afloat in water at destined location for one minute without assistance from any buoyancy aid.
- Confidence in and under water without panic.
