HKU Athletes Shine Brightly at Asian Games, Asian Para Games, and World University Games, Invited to University Lodge for Homecoming Celebration
The University of Hong Kong (HKU) hosted a celebratory event on November 17 at the University Lodge to honor the extraordinary achievements of HKU athletes and alumni in the Asian Games, Asian Para Games, and World University Games. The HKU athletes and alumni showcased outstanding performances, winning a total of 3 gold, 2 silver, and 10 bronze medals.
During the celebration, Professor Xiang Zhang, President and Vice-Chancellor of HKU, and Mr. Yeung Tak Keung, Head of the National Games Coordination Office and former Commissioner for Sports, presented commendations to the HKU athletes, recognizing their exceptional accomplishments. The following individuals were honored:
