CSE’s service level and precautionary measures against COVID-19 (Updated as of 23 September, 2021)

Users please be informed of the following opening hours of our sports facilities and the precautionary measures against COVID-19:


(A) Sports Centres:

Centres Opening Hours:

Stanley Ho Sports Centre: 0630-2230 (Mon – Sun)

Flora Ho Sports Centre: 0730-2230 (Mon – Sun)

(The service of Energy Café at the Stanley Ho Sports Centre has also resumed normal.)


(B) Henry Fok Swimming Pool:

Opening Hours:

Mon – Sun: 6:30am – 9:00pm

(Except closure for continuing enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures. Please see below for more details.)


Closed for Cleaning:

Mon – Sun (except Tue): 11:00am – 12:00nn & 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Tue: 11:00am – 12:00nn & 2:00pm – 5:00pm


- Changing rooms will be closed 30 minutes after pool closure.

- There is no prior-booking requirement or user quota for using the pool.


(C) Fitness Facilities:

Use of fitness facilities is subject to a user quota with pre-registration until further notice:

Precautionary Measures and Other Arrangements:

  1. Any individuals with temperature higher than 37.5°C at the mandatory body temperature check at the entrance will be prohibited from entering the facilities and asked to visit a medical professional.
  2. Those who have respiratory tract infection symptoms such as coughing and running nose, or those feeling unwell, we ask you to be courteous to others and refrain from using the sports facilities.
  3. For the safety of other users and CSE staff, it is mandatory to wear a face mask upon entering the sports centres or when walking around the sports centre before / after exercise.
  4. Users are required to wear face masks at all times in the fitness centres, adopt 1.5m social distancing policy and wipe down equipment immediately after use.
  5. Users returning to Hong Kong (including any travel to mainland China and Macau) must avoid using the sports facilities and adhere to the requirement of at least 14 / 21 days self-quarantine as appropriate after the date of their return. Please refer to this LINK for more details on the quarantine guidelines stipulated by the HKSAR Government.
  6. No sports equipment will be on loan during this period of time.
  7. Users who drive to the Stanley Ho Sports Centre can go through the car entrance as normal upon presentation of their valid card.  All other passengers (if any) must get out of the car and use their own membership access card to enter the sports centre through the pedestrian entrance.
  8. Users are strongly advised not to gather together in groups of more than 4 persons and it is recommended, as far as possible, to maintain an appropriate social distance (1.5m or more) from one another.
  9. LeaveHomeSafe” Venue QR Code has been posted up at the entrance of all our centres.  Users are strongly advised to use this service. For more details on “LeaveHomeSafe”, please click this LINK.
  10. CSE’s guest policy has resumed normal. However, all guests are required to scan “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or fill in a health declaration upon arrival with a valid user.
  11. CSE may request any users who do not follow any of the above precautionary measures to leave the sports centres immediately.
  12. Please be aware that given the current fluid situation, CSE may need to change the re-opening period /opening hours stated above for health and safety reasons, whenever necessary, even at a very short notice.
