Dear HKU Students and Staff,
We are pleased to announce that, following the successful upgrade of our system, CSE will begin accepting the HKU Student/Staff Access Code for admittance, booking check-in and car-parking (if applicable) at all of its following sports facilities starting 2 July 2025 (Wed).
- Stanley Ho Sports Centre
- Henry Fok Swimming Pool
- HKU B-Active
- CSE Active
- CSE Sun Chi Sun Hall Multi-purpose Hall
- CSE Ho Tim Hall Multi-purpose Hall
Note: Physical student / staff cards however are still required for check-in when using the external sports venue at West Island School.
This enhancement allows you to conveniently access CSE facilities using the QR code generated via the HKU App (version 3.2.0 or above), eliminating the need for your physical student / staff card. Simply download and log in to the app, navigate to "My Profile," and scan your access code for entry.
While the physical card remains valid, we encourage you to try this new, secure, and efficient method. For enquiries, please contact us at csehku@hku.hk. In case you need any technical supports on the HKU App / access code, please contact ITS Help Desk at ithelp@hku.hk.
