Keeping physically active is vital for both your physical and mental health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. The Centre for Sports and Exercise is now offering several sport and recreational activities for HKU staff and students to improve health and physical activity level. Courses including: Aquatics; Tennis, Golf, Yoga, Zumba, Step Aerobics, Ice-Skating, Badminton, Sports Climbing, Rock Climbing, Adventure Hiking, Scuba Diving Open Water course (NAUI Certification), Krav Maga (self-defense), Boxing and HKU Run.
Enrolment for the UNI-SPORTS & UNI-ADVENTURE 2021 Summer Semester will begin on 28 May 2021 (Friday).
Courses will be commenced during the week of 5 July 2021. You will certainly be able to find a course that fits your level of competence. Please come and enjoy the sports courses with us!
