GearUp@HKU – Sports Programme
On June 5th, 2023, potential student-athletes, current Sports Scholars, and staff gathered at the High Performance Clinic, HKU B-Active, on the HKU campus for the GearUp@HKU Sports Programme.
The Centre for Sports and Exercise (CSE) provided a comprehensive Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Training Session and Professional Body Testing and Assessment (including DEXA Scan and VO2 max test) for potential student-athletes of TeamHKU (HKU Sports Teams). In addition, the Admissions Office, Sports Development Manager, and current HKU Sports Scholars shared valuable information about the university's application procedures and school life.
We extend our gratitude to everyone who attended and our current Sports Scholars who generously contribute to the Centre for Sports and Exercise.
